Bicameral legislation (S.1170 and H.R.2294) was introduced last month to codify the association health plan (AHP) regulation that was overturned by a federal district court on March 28.   Introduced on April 11 by Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY) and on April 12 by Rep.
