2017 May Symposium full report (PDF)

On May 23, 2017, the NAIFA Diversity Task Force held its first Diversity Symposium. Forward-thinking executives from the nation’s top financial firms came together to discuss the importance of having a diverse workforce, and strategies for making this happen.  Speakers presented the business case for promoting diversity and facilitated discussion on how the industry can work together to move the needle forward in advancing diversity at companies.

Reaching and Engaging the Hispanic Community

Easing Racial Tensions in the Workplace
