Bill Anderson joined the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors law department in July 1978. He is a member of the Massachusetts and District of Columbia Bars, a member and former chair of the Industry Education Council to the National Conference of Insurance Legislators, and current vice president of the National Insurance Producer Registry. Anderson has authored many articles and papers on diverse subjects related to the insurance industry, including the NAIC Producer Licensing Model Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and a history of banking and insurance litigation.
