This report draws on NAIFA surveys, industry research and interviews with NAIFA members to offer a detailed portrait of NAIFA members, who they are and how they serve their clients.
In the words of NAIFA Past President John Nichols, the report “provides facts and statistics about the insurance and financial services profession, NAIFA members and their clients. But as importantly, it offers personal and professional snapshots of individual NAIFA members.”
For example, the report not only provides a graph showing the types of products sold by NAIFA members, but also examples of how NAIFA member Ken Quach caters to the Vietnamese and Hispanic families who make up a large portion of his Houston practice. Along with descriptions of different practice specialties, it tells how NAIFA-Arkansas’s Cammie Scott places emphasis on education and training for her staff and provides personal service that clients can’t get from a company 800 number.
“NAIFA’s Insurance and Financial Advisors: Securing America’s Financial Futures” is designed to introduce those outside the industry, whether they be policymakers, members of the media or the general public, to NAIFA members and explain the important ways they serve American families and small businesses.
