NAIFA Masters Exchange

The NAIFA Masters Exchange is a first-of-its-kind professional-development opportunity for NAIFA members. A mix of formal presentations and informal gatherings, Masters Exchange participants will learn from recognized greats in the industry, with a special emphasis on interactive, participatory learning opportunities. Every advisor who participates in the NAIFA Masters Exchange should be ready to learn from their peers’ success and also share their own experience and abilities. NAIFA Masters participants are serious about achieving high levels of success.

Stop Hunger Now Service Project

Join your NAIFA colleagues for an afternoon of service. NAIFA is teaming up with Stop Hunger Now to package meals to help feed people in need throughout the world. During the event, you and your colleagues will set up and take down packaging stations and equipment, fill bins with raw ingredients, scoop ingredients into meal bags, weigh and seal the bags, box and stack them on pallets, and load the pallets and equipment onto a truck. It’s a little work that can help a lot of people, and it's the most fun you can have in a hairnet.

NAIFA Skill Builders DOL Workshop: Serving Your Clients With Fiduciary Compliance

NAIFA, in conjunction with subject matter expert Don Trone, has developed a new NAIFA Skill Builders four-hour workshop to help you understand and comply with the new DOL ruling while serving the best interests of your clients. Learn how to apply best practices using 10 Fiduciary Dimensions and a Steward Attributes Framework. In this dynamic interactive workshop, you also will learn to:

  • Self-assess areas of strength and weakness in complying with the DOL ruling
  • Apply the Fiduciary Metrics decision-making model to case study examples
  • Identify essential stewardship attributes
  • Discuss best practices for a procedurally prudent investment process
