Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education
The Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education is a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate the public about the essential role of life and health insurance within a sound financial plan, and the value added by insurance agents and other financial advisors. LIFE was formed in 1994 by seven insurance groups, representing more than 120,000 agents. These groups came together in response to a growing need to make sure the public understood the role and value of the industry's products and its people. Since then, LIFE has developed a diverse program that educates consumers and empowers them with the knowledge needed to make informed insurance decisions.
