YAT Recruitment Initiative Brings in New Members

It’s halfway through the 2009-10 membership year and YATs are helping to bring new members to NAIFA through the YAT Recruitment Initiative. The initiative awards any YAT who recruits 12 or more NEW members during the membership year a free registration for the 2010 Career Conference and Annual Meeting in Seattle. The YAT who recruits the most NEW members will receive airfare to attend the Convention.

Below are the current Top 5 leaders in YAT Recruitment Initiative:

Overall, YATs have recruited 313 new members since July 1, 2009.
Don’t miss your chance to get a free convention registration – start recruiting now! The YAT who recruits new members MUST be identified as a YAT in the database. This means that the Date of Birth and License Year field must be filled out for those who are recruiting so that they can be identified as a YAT.

Any YAT participating in this initiative should contact the NAIFA Member Service Center at (877) 866-2432 to make sure that information is in their profile. Any YAT recruiting members must make sure that the new member lists him or her in the sponsor field of the membership application; the YAT will not be credited with that new member otherwise. New members do not have to be YATs.
