The NAIFA Young Advisors Team (YAT) developed the YAT at Heart Campaign to recognize the rich history and legacy created by NAIFA members and build a secure foundation for the “passing of the torch”.

As a NON-YAT member, recruit a new YAT to NAIFA during the 2011-2012 membership year from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 and be recognized as a “YAT at Heart”.

WHAT IS A YAT? A NAIFA member who is 40 years of age and under or within their first five years in the industry. learn more
