Level 1: Free NAIFA “Solutions Sessions” - YAT Focused
Each month, NAIFA will feature a different practice management topic and invite the first 25 young advisors that register to participate in a one-hour, interactive group coaching session led by Advisor Solutions Coach Daniel C. Finley. Bring your challenge regarding the topic to be discussed in a peer group setting facilitated by an experienced coach. The session will be taped and the podcast will then be archived on the NAIFA website for other interested young advisors to access. Both the coaching session and access to the archived session will be free to NAIFA members. These free teleseminar sessions will take place on the 4th Thursday of each month at 4 pm - 5 pm ET.
Level 2: Coach’s Clinics: The Next Level
If you’re ready for the next level, the Coach’s Clinics offer a more intensive and comprehensive instruction about the topics discussed in the Solutions Sessions. The Coach’s Clinics have been structured to offer advisors detailed valuable and industry-specific systems and processes; strategies, scripts, tools, and techniques that are customizable; ancillary learning, motivation, and support and awareness, action and accountability. The Clinics consist of three sessions, one session per week, and are created to help advisors increase their awareness, action and accountability about specific business building topics. The Coach’s Clinics are exclusively priced for NAIFA Members at $147.
