NAIFA Marketing Coach

This coaching package provides a three-tier approach to marketing YOU! The goal for each NAIFA member is to see that effective marketing is actually happening. The first tier, the Silver Package, is comprised of a two-part series of 20 minute podcasts that will provide you with insights and the value of reviewing your own marketing plan and assessing its value and benefit.  After each session, you’ll be asked to answer a series of questions (you’ll be directed to an on-line questionnaire) to determine if additional work is necessary.

Members interested in the second tier, the Gold Package, will begin their training with a “10-Minutes of Clarity” Podcast. These 10-Minutes of Clarity podcasts will be issued from time to time for all participants throughout the training for review, updates, and comments on current events that affect our marketing and business situations.

After the introduction, a series of 7 learning sessions are offered in a Webcast format designed to help NAIFA members take their business to the next level using new, powerful marketing strategies. An initial assessment is done for each participant to determine the current state of the businesses represented, various marketing strategies used, and to understand the positioning of each business represented.  This assessment will also be helpful if members choose to progress to the Platinum level of marketing development.

The third and final tier, the Platinum Package is a one-on-one coaching experience will be designed exclusively for each NAIFA member and their business.  A customized program will be developed.  NAIFA Members will work with Stan to review their current marketing plan, look for places of improvement and then work through the steps to achieve that new level. 

This coaching experience includes up to 8 sessions – either on the phone, in person, or via tele-conference, scheduled according to specific need. The length of these sessions will be determined based on the subject for the session, but attendees can figure 40 – 75 minutes for each session.  The entire coaching session could involve 6 – 8 months of development depending on how quickly progress is made.
