Annual Convention and Career Conference

Each September, the Annual Convention and Career Conference features a variety of educational workshops and seminars led by top producers and proven industry leaders. These sessions cover a variety of topics, including life insurance & annuities, financial advising & investments, health insurance & employee benefits, and multi-line insurance. Network with your colleagues, earn CE credits, learn new ways to build your business and gain inspiration from nationally-acclaimed speakers at the Annual Convention and Career Conference.

Leadership in Life Institute (LILI)

Excellent leadership is most often delivered by highly effective people. The Leadership in Life Institute (LILI) offers an extensive curriculum that allows you to enhance and expand the skills that make you an effective leader within your association, your industry and your community. By applying the lessons learned through LILI, you will increase productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and overall life satisfaction. Online Continuing Education

Professional Designations

Professional designations signal a commitment to your career while representing accomplishment and expertise within the insurance and financial services community. Through a longstanding partnership with The American College, NAIFA offers classroom training for the LUTC Fellow (LUTCF) designation and the Financial Services Specialist (FSS) designation. In addition, the Horizons program allows you to complete the CFP® Certification Curriculum, while earning six courses toward the ChFC® and CLU® designations. Programs in a Box

Programs in a Box (PIB) is a multimedia presentation aid designed to help state and local associations provide enhanced educational benefits for NAIFA Members. Each PIB has been developed by a recognized authority within a particular subject area and delivers a topic of practical interest to NAIFA Members. Programs in a Box can be used for monthly meetings or special events and most often qualifies for continuing education credits.
