
NAIFA Submits Formal Comments to SEC on Fiduciary Study

NAIFA submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 30 its formal comments regarding the Commission's study of the standards of care governing broker-dealers and investment advisers. NAIFA's organizational comments augmented the more than 1500 individual NAIFA member comments that were submitted.
NAIFA also submitted a separate joint letter with several industry partners to emphasize common themes we agree the SEC should consider as it undertakes its study.
