EMAIL OR PHONE your Representative that we support reform efforts which lower costs and ensure that coverage is available to all citizens-without resorting to new government programs or jeopardizing the high quality of care we enjoy and expect as American consumers. The current House Tri-Committee bill still contains a new government-run plan and is being pushed too quickly. Congress must slow down and get this right.

THANK A BLUE DOG - These conservative Democrats have resisted enormous pressure by their Party to just get it done. Call them to say thanks and ask them to continue to proceed slowly in attempts to improve many provisions of the bill.

Reason Action Is Urgently Needed:  The House Leadership desperately wants to have the House bill voted on before Friday, July 31. The current version of the bill threatens the individual health, DI and LTC markets in addition to creating a new government-run plan and costly demands on employers.
