House Subcommittee Continues Hearings on Optional Federal Charter

Tomorrow the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government Sponsored Enterprises (Chairman Paul Kanjorski, D-PA), will hold it’s second in a new series of hearings on insurance regulatory reform. The issue of whether or not the federal government should create on optional federal insurance charter remains at the center of the debate.
