Rep. Charles Rangel (D NY) is due to unveil his much talked about major tax reform bill today. (In fact he was scheduled to do so at 9:45 AM today.) I have seen a summary of the bill but no legislative language, so I am hesitant to make a stab of reporting on what’s in the bill until details are available. How many times we have had to be reminded the “the devil is in the details.” So, I will update you as further details become available and we digest them.
